Equuilibrium - Communion of Horse & Rider

Favorite Things:

Thinline Pads- not only do these pads reduce concussion but they also help keep your saddle in place and with the shims help you adjust the fit of your saddle in between saddle fittings

Bach Rescue Remedy-  Bach flower remedy for stress of the horse and/or the rider.

Arnica Montana-  Homeopathic pain reliever

Carbo Veg-  homeopathic antispasmodic for stomach issues in horses and humans

Marjoram Essential Oil-  Horsey valium

Magna Paste-  excellent for sweating legs, Epsom salt and essential oils

Omega Fatty Acids-  excellent supplement for boosting immune system, improving hoof quality etc.

Yucca and Devil’s Claw-  excellent anti-inflammatory for horses, but can not be used for shows… banned substance, because it is that good and cheap!

Sheepskin Pad-  must have for tack room to stop gap saddle fit until fitter can readjust saddle or for cold backed horses..

No-Bow Wraps-  a must have for standing wraps and for adjusting the elevation of saddle fit when one end is too low.

Non silicone hair products-  won't clog pores and provides same detangling ability.. or just use coconut oil.. it has a million uses!

Exercise Ball-  use it often as a computer desk chair  to work on core strength etc.

Bosu Ball-  same as above

Piliates bands- used with balls can improve core strength and strengthen arms and back.

Bottom buckle stirrup leathers-  remove bulk from under the thigh while riding…..

Well fit breeches-  must be loose enough to allow your thigh and bottom to lay as flat and relaxed as possible against the horse.

Dewsbury or Herm Springer bits-  not only should your bit fit your horses mouth but should be made well enough to not pinch etc. Our biggest error is to put a bit that is too big in diameter in the horse’s mouth in order to be nice. If the mouth is small then it is not a good choice….

Well-made well fit saddle-  no explanation required
